We’re so excited to host our first Philly Italian Supper Club with Toronto-based chef Massimo Bruno!! The dinner will be held on Thursday, 10/27 at Cook, a new collaborative kitchen in Philadelphia. Guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner inspired by the Puglia region of Italy, as well as MAVEA water, wine, Art in the Age cocktails and a special after dinner tea with Alexis Siemons of Teaspoons & Petals.

        Going to Wylie Dufresne’s restaurant WD-50 was definitely the most unique dining experiences I have ever had. I forget how many courses I had but each one was amazing in it’s depth and playfulness. My most memorable course was the everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. the bagel was ice-cream, the lox were strings and the cream cheese was crunchy. I could describe 4 other courses in detail that were also stellar and this meal was over 3 years ago. I cant wait to go back.

        I can’t say what my most memorable dinner EVER was, but the most memorable one I had in the past year was at Chifa here in philly. Chef Garces had such a unique combination of flavors combing asian and peruvian influences, that the dinner will stick in my mind for some time. Can’t wait to go back!

        At Fond this past winter, a friend and I sat next to a gay couple celebrating Valentine’s day a couple days late. We went from two girls and the tasting menu watching them make out to a wine induced free for all right along w/ them: food sharing, kitchen and back patio touring, shut down the restaurant, 3+ hour party.
